Rapid Skillz’s Youth Skillz Training sessions are semi-private workout features an individualized speed, power and core workout. Many members look forward to the specific skill drills for their chosen sport, and often, for instance; spend some extra time in the batting cages, if they play baseball. Semi Private training covers every aspect of the athlete’s sport, including flexibility, stability, speed, quickness, sport skill work, core development, plyometric training, strength training, and injury prevention. For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, 1-on-1 training with our team of professional and elite level athletes, will assist in providing breakthrough results. 1-on-1 training requires advance appointments and are most effective when combined with our Semi-Private Training membership.

Private 1-on-1 training lessons are a great way to improve on the field. Many Rapid Skillz athletes show substantial improvement when they receive private lessons from our skilled instructors, many of which played professionally or collegiately. Individualized private lessons are available for many sports including basketball, football, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and soccer.
PRIVATE SPORTS TRAINING ON YOUR SCHEDULE
1-on-1 training allows athletes to concentrate on specific skills required to make it to the next level. Typically, 1-on-1 sports training sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes or a full hour. These sessions must be scheduled in advance with your specific trainer.
