Rapid SkillZ is in the HEART of Rapid City. Our training facility features the following:

35,000 sqft of performance and training space: 

o 2 Full size Basketball Courts

o 2 half courts 

o Volleyball Court 

o 3 Batting Cages (w/HitTrax technology, slow & fast pitch machines)

   *  This area can transform into an open turf area for soccer, football, lacrosse etc.

o Cross Fit equipment

o Boxing Training area

Rapid SkillZ uses today's innovative technology and digital analytics to create SkillZ specific training designed to improve an athlete's overall performance.

Dr Dish: Fully automated basketball shooting machine used to be your personal rebounder, increase your reps, and improve your shots.

Blaze Pods: Used to maximize speed, accuracy, heighten senses and sharpen your focus

Vertimax: Used to improve speed, agility, strength & core training, vertical jumps, quick first step responses and increase explosive movements of any sport.

Rumble Max: Used to perfect your center & balance while working on strength & conditioning.  In addition, it can improve your workouts and boost your body’s ability to recover and regenerate itself.

HitTrax: Adds exciting gameplay to batting cages. Play in your favorite ballpark and create leagues/tournament play. Whether pitching or hitting, this system tracks your speed, velocity, launch angle, accuracy and more to improve and strengthen your performance.
