Thanks to everyone that supports our cause here at Rapid Skillz! And YES we are at it again. Scholarship fundraising is something we just don't stop doing because it has such a positive impact in our community.
Remember that if not for the Arts, Music, Sciences and of course "Sports" many of our youth would be participating in negative activities. We here at Rapid Skillz believe that every time that we reach one youth we actually reach two or three. When we provide a scholarship to an individual that individual almost always shares the experience with those around them and eventually guides others to us.
This year will see the inception of our first Annual 5K Run. Come on out and see how far and fast you can go. Every dollar will go towards scholarships for our athletes. So even if you just want to walk and socialize with great people for a great cause our Health Source 5 K Run is just the place.
Sponsored by "Health Source of Rapid City" the BEST Chiropractors in the Black Hills we are hoping to raise enough money for FIVE Scholarships.
Other sponsors include "Performance Vision Center", "Guaranteed Roofing", and the Rapid City Semi Pro Football team the "WAR-EAGLES"
It is only fifteen dollars to enter with refreshments provided by "Rapid Skillz" and the Central High Cheerleaders! So Run, Walk or Roll on down SAT, Aug 28th beginning at 9 AM.
Rapid Skillz is PROUD to be the only training facility to have Dr. Pearson with our athletes. Dr. Pearson will be offering all athletes and their family an opportunity to work with him and learn the many amazing capabilities of the human eye. This presentation is important for all people. Athletes in particular will be evaluated and given pointers on: Focus, Depth perception peripheral vision and concussion avoidance. These are just a few of the many topics he will be touching on this week. He will be here every other Thursday beginning Feb, 4th and throughout our Spring/Summer season.
Dr. Zachary Bergman, D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic) will be joining Rapid Skillz every Monday evening from 5:30 Pm to 6:30 Pm throughout our Spring/Summer season.
His focus, mobility and stability. He will be working with coach AJ to help our athletes compete at high levels. The instruction and information that he provides helps athletes understand how best to achieve full range of motion and, of course, how best to remain pain free.
