Soccer – Lead by Coach Fabiana

Soccer Fitness: Mondays (6pm) – Soccer fitness is a 45 minute circuit workout that improves strength, agility, footwork, and balance. Exercises are tailored to movements that are common in soccer. Soccer Fitness is open to Youth and Adult athletes.

Soccer Specific Training: Tuesdays (6pm Middle School Athletes / 7pm High School Athletes) – Soccer Specific Training breaks down soccer concepts and allows participants to challenge their skills in game-like situations. Topics include dribbling, passing, scoring, team attacking and team defending.
